Never. Lumira charges a flat monthly subscription fee — $15, $35, or $99 depending on your plan. That's it. Every single dollar your bot earns goes directly into your Kraken account. We don't take a percentage, a performance fee, or any cut of your gains. If your bot makes $1,000 in a month, you keep $1,000. This is intentional — we want our incentives aligned with yours, which means building a better product, not skimming your returns.
Because your funds live in your personal Kraken account, Kraken itself pays you staking rewards on many supported assets — just for holding them. This is completely separate from Lumira's trading activity. It's a second income stream on top of whatever the bot earns. ETH earns up to 7% APY, SOL 5–8%, ADA 4–6%, DOT ~12%. Rates vary and aren't guaranteed. To enable it, go to your Kraken account, find the Earn or Staking section, and turn it on for the assets you hold. Lumira has nothing to do with this — it's purely between you and Kraken.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone calls, no fees, no cancellation penalties. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, the bot stops trading and your Kraken API keys are permanently and immediately deleted from our system. You can also delete your API key directly from Kraken at any time to instantly revoke Lumira's access, regardless of your subscription status.
There's no enforced minimum. However, to give Nexus AI enough capital to work with meaningfully we recommend: Starter — at least $300–$500. Growth — $1,000 or more. Pro — $5,000 or more for best results. The bot trades in position sizes relative to your capital. Too little and the fees outweigh the gains. Too much without experience and the risk is higher than necessary. Start with what you're comfortable potentially losing and scale up as you get familiar with how the bot performs.
